Hello Beautiful people,
As i have promised to you all ,in my last post of reading challenge that i m going to review the book which i read and understood.
Here comes my first book of challenge:"Eat that Frog" by Brian Tracy, a famous and well known Author and a motivational speaker.
Let me start this book with review and later the pointers/tips from this book.
The book is very handy and easy to read with legible and lucid language.

Its describes 21 ways how to keep motivated and prioritizing the work and goals.Moving from planning to achieving the realistic goals.As its a human tendency to procrastinate the tough task for later and completes the easier to earliest.This book talks about the toughest task first to complete and  practical moves one can achieve by implementing on daily basis by stepping on each chunks of task.

Let me share few pointers here which i noted down and also after reading this you too feel inquisitive to grab the book to read.
1. Planning: Think on paper and make a list of everything that you can think to achieve as a goal.Take action on your plan immediately.This will help you to resolve something every single day  And review them daily.
2.Plan every day in advance.:- Prepare the list of daily,weekly and monthly goals.
3.Believe in 80-20 Rule: Do the urgent and important things  rest  work will account the 80% of result.
4.Focus on key result areas: Which one thing you think can be done in an excellent fashion will have greatest positive impact.
5.Prepare thoroughly before you begin
6.Do you Homework before presenting or working on it
7.Be Optimist: Look for good in any situation,it will seek a valuable lesson.
8.Do the most difficult task first.
9.Slice and dice the task.
10.Always look for solution to every problem.


Guys! these are few tips about this books, i will definitely recommend you all to read it .
It will not only give you idea how to do but  also what and why to do it.

My Little Princess......

I call her princess of my kingdom, elegant, sweet, beautiful, and chubby.She changed my life, her presence make me feel happiest mother on earth. Whenever I look at her smiling face, it gives relief from sorrow. Thanks to god who gave me an angel…. Tiny fingers and tiny toes,  Toddling over the floors. Smiling lips make tough ones crazy about her, She knew whom to run behind her. When she sees someone in sad, it opens her heart, Sorrow and grief please depart. “ Ahem-Ahem!" You guys must be wondering what went so long for me to write my next article. So let me tell you, I was scrutinizing on subject that we might know but ignored most of the time. To be more precise, now-a-days Mumbai city facing a very heavy rainfall. It made mumbaikars hassle in every aspects of day to day life such as huge traffic on roads with big potholes in between, flooded railway tracks due to which  trains got delayed , gushing of nallas and much more. Since mumbaikars at one side got relieved with hot & dusty summer climate, on other side of it got stuck with flooded rains. They must be thinking is there any way to limit or restrict the rainfall.
