Hello foodie souls,
We all at some point
of time get tired of eating those regular homemade or routine foods
(traditional khaana ) and we start
looking for fun in the food as well.No doubt the homemade are excellent but
what if we get great ambiance , some gazals or karaoke nights or may be some
great discotheque music while eating , it work wonders without going too far
for the same.Keeping all this in my mind i
thought of blogging about the different restaurants nearby to my home (Palava) and to my knowledge i
have experienced five great restaurants with different cuisines.
- Malvan Tadka Kitchen & Bar
This
place is for the sea food lovers , who enjoy having crab masala ,grilled pomfret , varieties of prawns dishes , agri sea food dishes , konkani fish
curries and many more variants of seafood with bhakri , rice, etc.Enjoying the
delicacies of sea ,it also have warm and cozy ambiance unveiled
by sitting arrangements crafted with hanging antiques of fishes on the
wall.The copper plates and shiny copper glasses touches the traditional way of
eating in Indian way .It goes well with family get together on gazal nights.
Located
at the entrance of palava city with its colorful branding restaurant on top.
- Aangan Dhaba
Do
you ever experience while eating you
have some tingling sensations on the feet,I am sure "No" but this
place sometimes make you feel the same.Roaming around you those domestic white
large ducks which grab your eyes with shiny pink or red beak making quack quack
noise.This place is a modern touch of
dhaba with mouth watering dishes .The dhaba style cot and sitting
arrangement makes a comfort in its own style.The colorful vehicle tyres on the
fenced wall gives very jazzy look of decor.Spread across on the kalyan palava
highway with beautiful hanging lights all over the place.
A
small pond with kids play area in sand zone makes a beautiful hangout place for
family and friends.On weekends experience the gazal nights live and ofcoz on
demand of customer gazals too. From sea food to Indian cuisine all are served
here beautifully.
- Bombay Talkiezz
Aha
! This place is for Bollywood lovers, with its own vibrant and loads of energy.
Walls are flooded with the film posters of Bollywood since 70's, 80's till date
.What attracts me more is the vintage Gramophone , CD's on the colorful
walls.The band with lot of zeal sings all types of Bollywood songs.Food is
tastier and customize as per the customer needs.If you are willing to celebrate
your birthdays , please go ahead as band will sing a birthday song for you as
well.I celebrated with my family too.
Lots
of music live and tasty food what else we are look for on the weekends.Or you
can land up with your date too ;)
- X Sky Lounge
Lounge
are the great place for young crowds to get attracted easily.On top of it if
you have hookah's with discotheque music then its no less than a pub.The cozy
and warm open terrace where the whole
city hustle bustle can be seen during the evening , is the cool place to
hangout with your buddies.The big concave shape masala papad and mix -n-match of paan -green apple flavor
of hookahs are the party snackers.
Ofcoz
chicken tikkas and other dishes served on platters are mouth watering and not
only sizzles on serving plates but under your nervous system too.
- Royal Family Restaurant
Well
this place is for those who are quite or silence eater.Sometimes we need to
have that peace of mind while eating great food.Taste and looks matter most,
this place is simple but served the special fresh sea food thalis in economical
way. Its budget friendly and tastier too ,not heavier on your pockets.
So guys make a note this place must visit during those windy days where our
pockets are lighter.
Above
all restaurants reviewed are on my personal interest and experiences.Let me
